Odd. You should be able to use the card since you don't have that ROM.
I have a rev2 Blue G3. U-Bracket, 450MHz etc. My ROM is, like
yours, $774.45F6. Are you sure you have the old IDE? Maybe they did
the newer ROM on an older board? You don't happen to have the 450MHz
one do you? All 450s were Rev2s (and all 300s were rev1)
