Not sure about the download thing, I read about it being too major & too big
for download, but that you will be able to go to a store & pick up an update
CD for free. An update CD will cost you only if you order it from Apple.

Maybe it won't be much longer. But I hear the Classic environment is much
improved in 10.1, so that's good for those Classic Mac OS apps.
