Sorry, you know you spend too much time in email and such when someone says
something funny, and you mentally think "lol" instead of actually laughing.

LOL = laughing out loud
LMAO = laughing my ass off
ROFL = rolling on the floor laughing
IMHO = in my humble opinion
YMMV = your mileage may vary
RTFM = read the f***ing manual
BM = Bite me
BMFB = Bite me fan boy (my fav)
TTYL = talk to you later

There are many, many others, but those are some of the most common (besides
BM and BMFB which I'm trying to get started) :)
