I have two drives in my G3 (6 GB stock + 10GB Fujitsu) and, despite everyones warnings i continued to use them. I now find I can't create CD size disk images because areas of the image get corrupted as it is trying to store them on my slave drive. I have, however, been offered a 16GB Seagate ST317242A drive in exchange for the two existing drives. AFAIK it' s ATA 66 and about 1.5 years old. My master 6GB drive hasn't (AFAIK) ever suffered corruption so if I replace the two with one 16GB would it solve the problem os is their a chance it could still corrupt because it's not a stock drive?
