Known in the trade as a "straight through", "one to one", or, more commonly, 
just aa a "patch" cable.

"Crossover" cables are usually marked on the conector as such, often with the 
indicia "X-OVER".

The cable cordage itself is usually marked "Cat. 5 UTP Patch Cable" even if 
the cordage is actually being used in a crossover cable. This indicia is part 
of the cordage's legal description, and has nothing to do with the cable's 
function.
