I know what you mean, it would suck to have my external firewire drive be
faster than the internal. :) But the 48gig 5400rpm drive is way too back
ordered for when I need the computer... I'm hoping that with a gig of memory
it won't have to access the drive much, and it should be pretty darn fast.
:(

What is the chip speed? I'm just curious... I had a compaq armada that was
700mhz and was pretty surprised at the speed, although the screen sucked and
battery life was non-existent... And it was a brick...
