Just a note, if you didn't require a password to connect, you don't even
have to fuss with the one dialog box.

Also, if you prefer not to have icons on your desktop, you can always access
any recent drives from the Apple menu via "Recent Servers". Any drive you've
connected to will appear in the submenu (up to the limit you set in your
"Apple Menu Options" control panel).
