There is a large difference between the retailer packs and the $19.95 
pack from Apple. The one from Apple includes the Developer Tools CD for 
10.1. For people like me that run xWindows and command line apps that CD 
is important. It's available for download but it's easier to get it with 
the other CD's for $19.95.
