I have the following SCSI card in my MT 300mhz: ATTO ExpressPCI PSC single-channel Ultra/WIDE SCSI 3 host adapter Data Streaming (ADSTM ) Technology, 40 MB/sec. transfer rates supports up to 15 SCSI devices.
So I need to know which kind of scsi drive I should get. The card has a wide white connector and a smaller black connector...??? <shrugs> I want a 10k rpm drive...and I only need about 9GB...So I was considering the: IBM UltraStar 9LZX 9.1gb 10000rpm 4.9ms 4MB Cache LowProfile 50 Pin SCSI (80 to 50) with 1yr (IBM08L8622N) At Other World Computing (<www.macsales.com>) for $99.95. Should I be looking at the Ultra Wide drives? Can this card Use Ultra 160? (it's not the top of the line card from this company, it was about $250) Any info would be great, Thanks a lot as always <*shows love for list members*> Justin -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
