the ATI drivers don't have a cp to change settings, only extensions.

Perhaps. Maybe you can check that @ Griffin Tech's site.

Yes it will, but you won't see any difference. I have tried a standard ATI, a
Voodoo 3, and 5 in the 66 MHz slot, but there was no noticeable speed gain.
