which os do you have?  did you click on the "advanced settings tab"? 
there are several things you can make it wake up for, including the
modem if you've for some reason got it set to answer the phone.

Dude, your getting a dell, unless your a legally licensed gunsmith or
run some other business dell thinks has something to do with terrorism,
then dell will just cancel your order and not even inform you. 
federally licensed gunsmiths are clearly involved in terrorism, at least
according to dell.  i'd be happy to email the details.  this is knee
jerk stupidity, right up there with loyalty oaths, these people sell
guns to police amongst others, and are only too happy to report
suspicious people.
