This is an answer to the same question I have save for some time........
This is NOT sarcasm...
Remove the screws from the case, pull the keyboard motherboard out.
Run a sink of hot water, with a bit of palmolive (you get the point),
and submerse the keyboard for 10 min.
Remove the board, drain the water, and rinse the board thouroughly...if
you have a sink sprayer, use it...make sure all of the soap is out.
Dry the keyboard with a towel...dabbing when necessary. Lay a towel out
on the drainboard (counter), and sit the keyboard board keys down on the
towel. Go to bed for the night.
(Next morning), reassemble the keyboard, see if any sticky keys exist.
If the keyboard doesn't work at all, then it's not dry (sometimes I have to
use a hair dryer on the chip sockets). Keep playing until everything is
dry...reassemble, should work fine until the next sandwich crumb or coke
spill...
