Hello G-people: Monitor is an Apple Multiple Scan 15" AV that has worked before and is working now on a 6100 AV as I write. On the G3, there's an external SCSI with a System folder (9.1). Even the original 8.0 start-up CD can't get a video signal (only getting blank screen and active cursor). There's a first time for everything, eh? Oh yes, I tried to use an ATI Rage Orion card with an adaptor, but removed it just to make sure. Thanks for reading and any advice welcome. I did try the onboard reset button, PRAM reset, loading 8.1 & 8.5 rescue floppies, DiskWarrior. George
