if you have a couple of drives around, just pull'em. you need 1mm 
spacing on the jumpers if you buy them. I got got some neat ones at 
microCenter that have handles. They only work for some configs, tho. 
they are a little too big.

300mhz should work well. The G-3 zone at xlr8yourmac.com has a link to a 
company that makes preset blocks for the stock settings, as well. I find 
that it's more fun to figure out what will work on my own, though.
