Well, I'm hardly an expert, but just drag a classic OS system folder from
another bootable CD into folder on your hard drive along with a copy of
diskwarrior and what ever other disk utilities that work better when run
from a boot disk (Apple disk utilities, Norton, etc...). Make a new CD in
Toast (I like to do this in while booted in OS9). Add all of this to your
new CD, make sure the system folder is blessed (has the happy Mac icon). It
works for me.
