The guy I know who had to pull his Voodoo card had an unsupported Mac and
used the Xpostfacto utility to get X to install.  He said he had to get an
Apple video card and pull the non-Apple cards to get X to install.  I guess
it was an issue with Xpostfacto rather than the X installer.
