When I wrote that I was dreaming, I guess, thinking the
Blue&White has four PCI slots, and also I have this extra 2906 card
lying around needing something to do. But I get back there and look
and the video card is using one of the slots, an ATA card and Ultra
160 card in the other two, so I only have room left for one Adaptec
2906. Guess chaining is how I will go.

Thanks to all who answered. Your help is much appreciated!

BTW, While writing zeros on the hard drives (In drive setup)
I noticed that the 27 GB Maxtor connected to an ATA-66 card wrote
zeros about twice as fast as the 13 GB Maxtor connected to the
onboard IDE controller. Makes me wonder. Is that onboard IDE
controller really slow?
