After being advised, on this list this week, of the IDE/ATA speeds of my Blue&White onboard controller versus the IDE/ATA speeds of the new Ultra ATA 133 cards, I unplugged the hard drive still on the onboard IDE cable and plugged both hard drives into the SIIG Ultra ATA-133 card (which was also recommended on this list).
There is a noticeable difference. No Question. That OEM IDE cable will sit idle in my Blue&White from now on. Incidentally, I got a good price on the SIIG Ultra ATA-133 controller card and now that it is installed Apple System Profiler sees it as ACARD.
