If you have a CD-Burner, iTunes makes it *incredibly* easy.  Just make a
playlist and arrange your tracks and click "Burn CD"; to copy a CD just drag
all the songs on a CD to an empty playlist, let them rip and then burn it.
Or you could buy Toast ...
