What "wasn't working?

Just went there (OS 9.2.2. w/Netscape 4.7) and had no problem. Were
cookies enabled?

That reply is a joke. Some sites have problems with Netscape vs M$IE, but
you using a Macintosh doesn't really come into it. I'd forward that email
you got to senior folks at Staples and ask them to get more informed tech
staff. LOL.
