The System Folder on the 9.2.1 install CD is 65.3 MB, so it should be 
possible. If you have a 9.1 install CD, you might try dragging that 
System Folder onto the Zip disk and then adding the extensions and 
control panels you need until you fill it up (whichever comes first).

Blessing a System Folder should be a simple matter of opening it and 
then selecting/clicking on the System file.

What do you plan to do once booted from this Zip?
