I just checked OWC's tech page, and by the Rom Report, You do have a rev 1 rom, although it apparently is a rev 2 board (the dvd chip). Either you have a very early 300, or some one swapped the rom. It is possible. I had my motherboard fried by an incompetent tech doing warrenty service a month after I got my machine. Now I don't know for sure, but AFAIK my original board was an earlier rev. The reason I'm pretty sure of this, is that the date on the replacement board is after I got my machine.
