wich OS are you running ?
My experience was with a keyspan USB card in a 7600. I have clean
installed OS 9.1 and the card worked OK without installing any
aditional software, OS 9.1 has the necessary card driver.
Of course, after that, I have installed also my printer and scanner drivers.
