I've finally got my G3 online under OS9.1 with an external "Practical 56K Surfer Series" modem. When I go to the Remote Access settings I can choose a modem, but not this one. Also, I can't see any way to add a new modem or customise or read connect strings. It works with a Hayes 56k setting, but when I last did this (back with System 7 and 8) I could certainly hack the string. How do you do it in RA?
Also, can't find a single reference to this modem through Google with any strings. Any hints?
