It's a little hard to say exactly which ones, being that there are so many.
I have a beige g3 333, and one rule I go by when doing preliminary removal
is to look out for extensions for anything that you know you don't have.
Such a the ati rage 128 3d accelerator.  I assume you have the stock graphic
config which is a built in ati rage pro II or something like that, and
therefore wouldn't need anything for a rage 128 card.  Also, firewire and
usb extensions may be a good place to look.

It's really a trial and error process based on what your config is.  I would
suggest organizing your extensions by packages and working your way down
turning as many off at a time as you feel comfortable.

nvidia anything
Usb
Firewire
Cd burner stuff if you don't have one
Blah blah blah
