Hey Steve,

Not so much for the students, but I use a couple of programs for
teachers:

1. A pretty good gradebook program: Making the Grade (the pc version
is called Grade Busters) at : www.gradebusters.com

One nice feature is that they (used to anyway) have free upgrades.

2. A test making program: Logix Extensions Resource (LXR) found at
www.lxr.com

I REALLY like this. You can do standard test (MC, T/F, essay,
matching, etc). You can administer test on-line and include quicktime
movies, randomize answers, print multiple versions, etc.
