Re; I dont know if your machine supports master/slave but if so ,,In my opinion,a second ata/ide drive is best ,simplest and cheapest, an example on average is 40gig 7200rpm drive about $110. US,60gig $130.US and on up for larger. hope this helps,P.s. I dont know how I got by with only one
