Is the Keyboard plugged into a USB port on the back of the computer, or into
a USB Hub?  If it's plugged into a USB Hub, it will not work. You need to
plug the Keyboard into back of the computer. If the keyboard is plugged into
back of the computer, then maybe Kyle can help. He's an Apple Tech, and
subscipts to this forum.
