The rule is that you can use any ram that is rated as fast as your system bus
or faster. I install PC-133 Ram in B & W's all day long. Never a problem. I
mix Ram in systems al the time. You can even install PC-66, PC-100 and PC-133
in a beige G3 all at the same time. It is more likely that you have some bad
ram.
