Woohoo! Thanks to those who helped on my networking problem with SMC. The router is up and running just fine now. I've got a B&W G3 running OS X.1.5, a PM7300/200 running OS 9.1, and an iBook 700/14" running OS X.1.5 all sharing one DSL line and the speeds for each are not very different at all from when using only one computer directly connected to the DSL modem.
The only way I was able to update the firmware was through OS 9.1 (ie.
