Hi Mark, The ATA 133 card and drives make a noticeable difference in some areas. Copying files, booting applications and any application that uses the hard disk a lot. I originally put this 133 setup in a beige G3 and it was a big improvement; But the B&W was fairly fast already and the change wasn't as noticeable. I also put a ATA 100 setup in a 7300 with a G3 350 card and the ATA 100 made it a new computer. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable difference between ATA 66, ATA 100 and ATA 133. I am not saying there isn't a difference in speed, just that it is not enough to notice in normal use. I would buy the ATA for a beige or lesser computer but the B&W is a harder decision. I would probably spend the money on a G4 Zif before the ATA 133.
