I got one from a local Apple/ Mac shop, cost $%25 which was way too much but I was in a hurry to see if the mac I'd gotten via eBay worked. I believe I later checked on owc.com and saw them there for about $6? + shipping , maybe $10 total. The pkg on mine is labeled : "CAM_VGF_1 VGA TO MAC HD15F- DB15M" The top one on the web site you referenced should do the job- you can adjust the resolution from the monitor control panel or control strip, so dont know what you'd need switches for.
