I got one from a local Apple/ Mac shop, cost $%25 which was way too much but
I was in a hurry to see if the mac I'd gotten via eBay worked. I believe I
later checked on owc.com and saw them there for about $6? + shipping , maybe
$10 total. The pkg on mine is labeled :
"CAM_VGF_1
VGA TO MAC
HD15F- DB15M"
The top one on the web site you referenced should do the job- you can adjust
the resolution from the monitor control panel or control strip, so dont know
what you'd need switches for.
