Here's what he said, exactly: "During my service in the United States 
Congress, I took the initiative in creating the internet." He was 
actually referring to some sort of bill he supported that made the 
internet as we know it today possible... at least I think so. All I know 
is that he didn't actually mean that he invented the internet, and he 
never said that he did.
