I want to get rid of Mac OS 9.2.2 (and all corresponding apps) from my Cube's hard drive and reformat my drive so I just have OS 10.2 (when it comes out), and OS X-native apps. But I was wondering if I could have OS 9.2.2 and the Classic apps available in an external FireWire HD in case I ever need them. I really don't use OS 9.x and Classic apps much anymore except on a rare occasion. I'd rather only have OS X in my boot drive.
Does anyone have any experience with booting Classic from an external FWHD? I'd appreciate any suggestions or anecdotes. Mario -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
