It should. I've used PCI graphics cards on both the PC and Mac and they work find. You need a video adapter dongle to connect the Mac Monitor, but it worked like a charm. I've also shared PCI network cards between the systems. With the PCI hard drive it will depend on the software. -- Cheers!
