I expect that someday in the not too distant future, I will be running into the same problem. I forestalled it by installing 9.2 on another partition volume, and making that volume the Classic boot, so I can boot 9.2 off that, and Classic also uses that from OSX. Did you do that, Wally? Having Classic on another volume leaves my 8 gig partition with only 4 gigs used and that counts some iTunes and photo stuff that takes up a bit of room. The question really becomes is if OS X will find applications stored on another disk, and aliased in the Apps folder or some other such trick to keep the actual stuff on the 8 gig partition to a minimum.
