Ok, just got my new G4 800 Powerbook to match the desktop.. After having it on for maybe 20-30 minutes, just enough time to download/install AIM, IE 5.2.1, and Mac OS 10.1.5, the damn power supply practically burned my hand when I turned it off and put it up.
Now I can understand the laptop getting rather warm, which it did, although I still say a little too warm, but should the power supply get that hot as well? Took a week to get this thing and I really hope I dont have to take it back already.. Anyone else with a new Titanium experience the same heat levels? And yes Im not kidding when I say the power supply was hot enough to just about burn someone.. -- Chris http://www.towelhead.net http://www.mp3.com/stemcellvirus http://www.mp3.com/towelhead -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
