I installed Jaguar as a clean install (blank HD) on my Cube last night (Saturday) but I didn't get to reinstall my apps until this evening.
So far, the only problem I've noticed is that the updater for Stuffit Deluxe 6.5.1 doesn't work. It says it can't find the application. The Magic Menu works, however, and Stuffit Expander seems to be doing its job of decoding archives in my Desktop folder. Is anyone experiencing anything similar? Also, when I applied the 6.2.4 update to AppleWorks, it claimed that it couldn't install, but when I hit the OK button it seemed to resume the installation ... or something like that. When I checked the version of the app using "Get Info" it says 6.2.4, so I guess it worked. Palm Desktop and my other media players (Windows Media and RealOne) seem to be working without any problems. Otherwise, I'm loving the subtle interface changes and the speed gain.
