darn, you're right, most of them do these days. digikey does at least have

Since you're going to have to build-up your order towards their minimum
anyway, why don't you throw in an order for a higher capacity fan (65 CFM vs.
the stock 45 CFM; about $11) and a plastic fan finger guard (about $0.85).

Then, you can delete the metal finger guard from the upper case "clamshell",
and your DT will easily accommodate ANY size SDRAM. Physical size, that is.

When I was fortunate enough to pick up a cast-off DT (/266, Zip, Rev. 3 mobo,
Rev. C ROM) for next to nothing, and I had only hand-me-down SDRAM sticks
from my MT, and none of them would fit, I concocted the fan finger guard
modification. Instead of a negative clearance (interference fit), I now have
a generous positive clearance (more than enough to accommodate the tallest
SDRAM *and* for UATA data cables to be routed from the PCI slots over the
mobo and up into the upper "clamshell" so I can accommodate UATA drives, yet
still open up the machine in the "normal" way).

After I discovered that my new /266 DT was running 30 degrees hotter than my
old /300 MT, I concocted the power supply fan modification. This reduced the
DT's internal temperature by about 15 degrees.
