I kinda like this "old" (new) setup -- just the way it worked in 
previous Mac OS versions. To get the 10.0/10.1 style, simply press 
command-option I. Clicking on other windows now updates Show Info 
window.

Now if only they could bring back minimize in place which they removed 
a few builds ago...
