If it is a large fan it is 92mm, or 80mm, if it is small it is 40. 
The mA level is not a concern, all voltages are the same, 5v.

There are standards in the world. Even Apple holds true to them. It 
is cheaper and faster to find one locally, but I am not sure Radio 
Shack is the best place to go. Parts I buy there keep failing.
