I have a G3 BGE rev. C/3 running 10.1.5 very well, but when I try to boot to 9.1, 9.2.1, or to 9.2.2 , it gives me an "error 11). I have pulled everything out of it and retested each item back , one at a time and discovered that the item causing this error is my newly installed Maxtor 4 port ext./ 1 int. USB 2.0 PCI card. With the card in, X.1.5 shows no effect and runs and boots fine.
Has anyone else had these errors with this card and , if so how did you fix it ? Is it card specific or is there a patch to OS 9 to remedy this error ?
