That's called culture. The best time to learn it is during childhood. The 
best time to modify culture within the consciousness of the great world is 
during adulthood. Ideally, that's what a liberal arts college and open-ended 
reading should do for us. Read a good Web page lately? Like C-Span or BBC or 
that of any good university or library or major city newspaper? That's what a 
Mac or PC is really about.
