Oops, forgot to mention, G3 has 9.2.2, 7500 has 9.1 Hi all! I have a beige G3DT266/384MB/30GB and a HP LaserJet 5MP PS printer. Printing is SLOW and has generated printing errors on Quark files (moderately complex.) So, I downloaded the latest printer driver from HP, but when I try to run it, I get InterfaceLib--GetComponentResource error and install stops. I downloaded and installed with no problems on my 7500. Any clues? Printer does work using std driver (LaserWriter 8) and AppleTalk is active on Printer port. The G3 has Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PageMaker and ATM. I noticed that the driver installed printer fonts when it ran on the 7500 (does not have all those programs installed)--Hmmm, is the ATM extension conflicting??? Or should I look elsewhere? (G3 is at work, solution try will have to wait until tomorrow.) TIA EricB
