Well okay time for me to ring in, It is easy as opening a 9600, but with the use of a screw driver. Do unhook all cables off the back since you will pull the drawer open. Once inside you will have to move two connectors from the av card to allow easy access to the ram slots. From there just push the ram into the slots and make sure they are seated.
