Try vMac, free, you can get most of the files at
http://www.emulation.net/macintosh/
http://www.gryphel.com/c/minivmac/
Also the original site http://www.vmac.org/, though that has been dormant
for a while.

You need a ROM file, and then disk images, including the OS.
