Hi Larry,
AFAIK, they are double-sided 64 bit 256 MB Dimms. A
local  PC store tech scoured the warehouses for these
(I brought in the Beige Rev.A CPU case and all incl.
the monitor to test the Ram). What happened on an
external SCSI HDD upgrade install was an infinite loop
of restart or shut-down - no finder.
