Easy, push the blue/green button on the top of the left side, press a bit harder and swing down the lid a couple of inches, then pull it up and away. Put the Mac down on the side, release the two blue/green handles/locks in both side of the lower half. Then grab the big handle in the middle and swing it open. For hard drives, you just have to open the side, remove front bezels and pull a couple of screws to get the mounting bracket out. Nicest Mac I've ever been inside of.
