Games, 3D rendering etc = try to aim for higher bus speeds (boosts overall system performance) Databases, word processing etc = try to aim for more clock cycles That is *very* general, have a look on lowendmac.com and xlr8yourmac.com for more info on success rates etc, of course ask if there is anything else, and good luck!
