if they seem unsure, tell them the small ones, which are 2mm, the older larger ones 
are 0.1".  they should indeed be cheap or free, cheaps a pretty good deal, i think 
they run around 20 cents each new, but of course you can wind up with spares from dead 
drives if you run a repair shop.
